The Kootenay Rockies ATV Club (KRATV) is holding its annual campout and poker run July 14 to 16, 2017, at the Noke Creek Campground, which is 12 kilometres up the Lumberton road west of Cranbrook on Highway 3. This is a very unique camping venue set in the midst of forest and mountains. Hot showers and firewood are included in the $20 per night fee.

While this is a dry camping facility, there are water taps throughout the site and Noke Creek runs along the edge of the campground.

For reservations, email Val Traverse or you can phone her at 250-421-8669.

There are three cabins on the site as well, however, reservations for those have to be made through Rita at the Noke Creek Facebook page or by phoning her at 780-801-1632.

There will be a KRATV club free barbecue on Friday night for all campers and poker run riders in attendance. This proved to be one of the highlights of the weekend last year with hamburgers, chicken burgers, brats, garden salads and coleslaw available.
