Members of the Peace Motocross Association (PMA) are excited to be hosting a Canadian Motorsport Racing Club (CMRC) Alberta Provincial Series Race on August 30 and 31.
With riders from the CMRC and the PMA, Rick Leitner, PMA president, is expecting around 500 competitors at the event.
“We’re hoping to attract a lot of the pros as the pro nationals will be done at that point in time,” said Leitner. “And we’re going to have a bigger pro payout . . . This is definitely going to be the biggest race northwest of Edmonton and we’re looking forward to a great turnout.”
Although the PMA has six excellent motocross facilities, competitors will be heading to the track in Grande Prairie for the provincial series race.
