So, you want to get the job done, rip it up with some all-out fun and never feel bogged down? Check out Arctic Cat’s 2017 Prowler 500 and never go back. This machine screams convenience and flexibility with nimble, user-friendly performance and all the gusto you need to get the job done. Its sharp styling resembles the full-sized Arctic Cat and HDX models, but a 72-inch wheelbase and 56.4-inch width mean this beast can get just about anywhere. Two-person bench seating, a tilting rear cargo box bragging 500 pounds of payload capacity and 15 gallons of extra storage mean plenty of room for guys, gals, gear and goods, and the liquid-cooled EFI engine, Duramatic automatic tranny and double-arm suspension with 7.5 inches of travel mean this machine can tackle just about anything.

The Prowler may be light and nimble, but don’t be fooled into thinking it lags in performance. Power explodes from the liquid-cooled 443-cc four-stroke engine with closed-loop fuel injection—a feature that means lower emissions and higher confidence—this machine will get up and at ’em quickly in the winter.

The Prowler 500 comes with a decent price point that means you can walk away with a slick machine and extra coin in your pocket or have a ton of room to play with options. It comes standard with halogen lights and a digital gauge, differential lock switch and override switch, and a 12-volt outlet for all your other goodies.
