Polaris is tearing into 2017 with the world’s most powerful UTVs and a gritty, never-stop attitude that will keep you moving on the farm, in the bush or in the mud. First of all, the ProStar 1000 engine pumps out an industry-leading 80-horsepower and 61 lb-ft of torque for full-on power any time you need it. Smooth operation and low-end grunt are always on hand thanks to twin cylinders, and 2,000 pounds of towing capacity and a two-inch standard receiver mean there’s almost nothing on the planet this beast can’t haul. Not to mention the 1,275-pound payload capacity, highlighted by a rear box with gas-assist dumping—got 1,000 pounds of materials and a full-sized pallet? No problem.

The Ranger XPs for 2017 are actually a family of awesomeness designed to tackle any job—serious or all-out fun. The High Lifter mud edition promises extreme performance in thick, deep mud with unbelievable 80-hp and terrain-specific gearing. Full-size and crew seating mean you can choose your company, and both feature heavy-duty reverse chain, high engine air and clutch intakes, arched lower A-arms, and sealed switches, fuse box and battery so there can be no end to the adventure.

The Ranger XP 1000 EPS Ranch Edition offers the most fun you can have in a day’s work, thanks to self-levelling rear suspension with Nivomat shocks that adjust depending on load, resulting in a higher-loaded ground clearance; and don’t worry about going long at 80 kilometres an hour as the Nivomats provide a lower spring rate and a smoother ride. Thirty per cent stronger half shafts and heavy-duty bushings mean this machine is no slouch in rugged terrain or around the farm.

No matter your mission—hard work or harder play—Polaris’ brand-spanking-new NorthStar HVAC Editions make all-weather adventures a reality by sealing out the elements, while constantly pushing fresh air into the cab to force dust out. Can’t get enough? Visit www.polaris.com to get your fill.
