A historic moment has arrived for Can-Am as the first all-electric Can-Am Origin rolls off the assembly line in Querétaro, Mexico. This milestone signals Can-Am’s return to its two-wheel roots, this time with a bold vision for the future of electric motorcycles.

"Built on 80+ years of powersports ingenuity, these all-new, all-electric bikes are proof once again that innovation is at the core of what we do," said Josee Perreault, Chief Marketing Officer. "Can-Am motorcycles are officially here!"

The new electric lineup, featuring the Can-Am Origin and Pulse models, has been designed with both seasoned riders and newcomers in mind.

"We’ve put years of product design, development, and engineering into them to optimize the riding and ownership experience," said Denys Lapointe, Chief Design Officer. "They’re contemporary, technologically advanced, and they’re designed to be simple and fun to ride regardless of your experience."

For Can-Am, this launch is about more than just the bikes—it’s about cementing its position as a leader in the evolving electric motorcycle market. "The first Can-Am electric motorcycle coming off the assembly line is a huge milestone for BRP," said Sandy Scullion, President, Powersports and Marine. "With an extensive global dealer network ready to sell and service these bikes, we can’t wait to get them in the hands of riders all over the world."

The 2025 Can-Am Origin represents a fresh spark of energy in the electric motorcycle industry, combining cutting-edge technology with the brand’s legendary riding DNA.
