The power of positivity is still propelling Alberta ATV Triple Crown series champion Jason Stapleton to new heights. Since his big wins in 2018, Stapleton has been testing his mettle at MD Motocross Track in Taber, Alberta, and the Temple Hill Motorcycle Park in Raymond, Alberta.

“They are both challenging tracks,” he said. “Both have so many differences ranging from the jumps and rhymes to the different dirt and elevation changes.

Stapleton’s family has always been supportive of his ATVing endeavors. From his brother to his grandfather, Stapleton’s crew is proud to support their champion rider.

“The memory that means the most to me is having my family come watch me race in Taber, Alberta, and then winning that day,” said Stapleton. “This was one of the only races they could make because the event was close to home that year. I was excited for them to watch me.”

Stapleton draws much of his high-flying aspirations from H-Bomb Films’ ATV movies.

“They made me want to do more on four wheels and go racing,” he said. “The coolest thing I have been able to do on an ATV is hit jumps that dirt bikers are hitting. I’ve got twice the machine and weight and I still hit the same jumps no problem.”

No matter where Stapleton is racing, he’s sure to be in the mix on the podium and involved in the most jovial conversations afterwards.

“From high fives after the race ends to everyone getting together to having a big after-race potluck, the biggest thing I love about the sport is the whole race community and how everyone helps each other at races,” said Stapleton.
